Mushroom Stuffing

onion
mushrooms (portebella, porcini, shitaki or others)
celery
thyme
sage
day old bakery bread preferably seeded (cut into small chunks and bake with spices and oil)
1 cup stock
leeks
green onion

chop into large chunks stir together and bake covered until ready (this will depend on the amounts and size of container)
