Healthy Breakfast / Dessert

Blueberries, flax, chia, sunflower and hemp seeds with coconut milk

Mixed berries or pears (sometimes cooked, fired in ghee or baked in the toaster oven) with coconut milk, walnuts, macadamia, almonds or whatever you like.
