Raspberries and lavender goat cheese.

That is all.  It tastes like cake.  It's amazing.
It's a local goat cheese, even better.

Kale Chips

Get a lot of Kale (growing it your self is quite effective I find).

Rip up fresh Kale into bite sized pieces (any kind will do, collard greens work too).

Add a bit of olive oil (not much) and some salt maybe a spice or 2 (I use garlic powder and sea salt).

Lay flat on a cookie sheet, no over lapping.

Bake at 325 until crispy but still green (about 12 min).

These are not bitter.  A light, healthy alternative to chips.

Longevity Nuts

Fresh whole walnuts drizzled with honey then coated with black sesame seeds and baked.  Use enough honey to get the walnuts black with sesame seeds but realize a little goes a long way in the melt, use a low temp for the walnuts and do not scorch them.

Sauteed Apples / Baked Pears

Thinly slice apples and saute in ghee or coconut oil on low heat with cinnamon or other yummy spices.

Cut pear in half (Asian pears work best) and bake (I like to do it in the toaster oven in a small glass dish that is safe to bake in) until soft, for extra flavor add a small amount of ghee, or coconut oil in center with spices.

Cinnamon for warming and stabilizing blood sugar, nutmeg to astringe the intestine, cardamom to warm the digestion, ginger to warm the digestion.  Use only 1-3 spices at a time.
